Beyond a simple Home . . .
The last Covid-19 pandemic taught us how important and how much a living space can affect the behavior and character of the people who cohabit said space. The traditional home went from being a place of mere coexistence and spending the night, to a place of work, studies, distraction, enjoyment and medical care area. Everything under the same space. Space that many times were not designed for this diversity of both tasks and time of coexistence. As a result of them, a series of problems and situations were unleashed, causing among many evils; depression, domestic violence, divorces, suicides. That is why we saw the need to refocus the concept of housing, and adapt it to what would be a new reality. Although it was not permanent, it forever changed our way and style of coexistence.

LA JEFA: When Water is the main element. . .
The owner of this residence was emphatic in her request; Water, the main element of this residence had to be water. For these purposes, the design of this residence has as its central and leading element: Water.
A totally introverted design, since the location where this residence will be built does not have panoramic and scenic views to highlight, in a neighborhood where the buildings do not have an architectural order, and the constructions have peculiar and distinctive styles.
Designed with ICP GCT Technology, this property has the Pool at its central point, and its water surrounds the living room area, which to access it, you have to cross a step over the pool water.
The entire public area of the house and the main room have as their focal point the central area of the house, where the pool and water create an environment of comfort and relaxation that make the living experience of the house unique.
